suvo9 Terms and Conditions

suvo9 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between suvo9 and every user of the platform.

2.2 Account Verification

suvo9 strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 21. This platform is for those aged 21 or older only.

If any underage person is found to be using our platform, that account will be closed immediately and no deposited funds will be returned.

suvo9 supports transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile banking and bank transfer methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).

• Temporary delays in processing may occur due to bank holidays or other reasons.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no need for currency conversion. All transaction amounts will be displayed in Taka.

suvo9 offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own applicable terms. Claiming a bonus is considered automatic acceptance of the associated terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The deadline for completing the wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus offer.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• If multiple accounts are used during a bonus period, all accounts will be closed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply to valid bets only. Misuse of bonuses will result in account closure.

• Bonuses are non-transferable — they are credited to the individual account.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• suvo9 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• Live betting after an event has started will be governed by the rules of the specific market.
• Any deliberate attempt to manipulate event prices will result in the bet being cancelled.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, card games) are operated by third-party game providers. Providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Results and Disputes

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

suvo9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.
• Illegal or suspicious transactions.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining funds before the request is processed.

• Any loss caused by technical failure, internet disconnection, or server downtime.
• Delays in transactions due to issues with third-party payment systems.
